1. Lead the project execution, from scope and growth and expansion projects, determine key milestones and operating rhythms to execute on time and on budget.
2. Able to prioritize tasks and assign manpower to ensure that the overall resources are used effectively and within project deadlines.
3. Assist to prepare bid tender for new projects and ensure project compliance with company policy and guideline.
4. Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget or timeline of a project.
5. Lead the most complex or critical engineering projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
6. Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
7. Select, guide and develop a team of project members with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws in Thailand.
8. Ensure that organization and government standards on safety are met and ensure customer safety & quality specifications are consistently met.
9. Allocate capital and human resources to maximize productivity and supervise and implement project expense, other assets and resources within budget.
10. Analyze and approve project investments that best meet the organization needs.
1. This role requires significant experience in Project Management & Site Management.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
3. Possess 8 to 13 years relevant experience in the local M&E industry
4. Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
5. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
6. Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written with min TOEIC score of 650 or equivalent) able to work with international teams
7. Capable of speaking Chinese Mandarin
8. Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
– Skilled in AutoCAD/BIM and Google Workspace.
– Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, installation methods, and local regulatory standards (particularly for Thailand-based projects).
