1. Assist in the preparation and interpretation of specifications, drawings, and regulations for M&E services and installations.
2. Conduct engineering calculations required for project design.
3. Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on technical matters, including method statements, drawings, and material submissions. ○To prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations / T&C & QAQC check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
5. Ensure quality and timely installation of M&E works as per approved shop drawings and schedules.
6. Participate in project coordination meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
7. Ensure compliance with local and international standards, codes, and safety regulations.
8. Oversee daily site work and contractor activities.
Perform testing and commissioning of M&E installations. ○To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
9. Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is an added advantage.
4. Fluent in English speaking and writing with min TOEIC score of 650
5. Speaking Mandarin Chinese is an added advantage
