1) Manage license renewal process from application to completion on schedule
2) Manage all aspects of licensing and permit processes to completion on schedule
3) Manage all Government required reporting to be submitted on schedule
4) Create license management schedule with effective planning
5) Monitor and report on daily, weekly and monthly basis
6) Manage and foster a good relationship with all Government Authorities
7) Identify problems and provide long term solutions
8) Checking on all licenses systematically to ensure advance planning to mitigate any risks
9) Going to all Government Departments to manage expedition of license application
10) Continuously liaising and communicating by phone with upcountry Government Department to expedite license processes

1) Male/Female age 25-35 years
2) Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
3) 3-4 years experience in managing license application process
4) Able to understand and fill in Government licensing form
5) Able to liaise efficiently with Government Authorities at senior level
6) Good computer skill especially in excels
