1) Oversees both human resources and administrative functions within an organization
2) Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with local labor laws and company objectives.
3) Ensures efficient HR operations, manages employee relations, and handles various administrative tasks.
4) Design and implement training programs, organizational development.
5) Manage the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
6) Support organizational change management and workforce planning initiatives.
7) Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
1) Male or Female, aged not over 40 years
2) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Political Science, Business Administration or a related field
3) At least 7 years of HR management (HRM, HRD)
4) Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems
5) Good command of English language both spoken and written skills
6) Strong analytical skills, able to learn quickly, planning & organizing skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
