1. Design electrical systems and equipment following industry standards.
2. Proficient in using CAD software to create accurate electrical drawings.
3. Design and simulate solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems.
4. Support the sales team on-site, providing technical input for proposals and documentation.
5. Collaborate with sales, electric utilities, and government agencies for project coordination.
6. Apply Ho-Ren-So (effective communication) in team interactions.
7. Coordinate with suppliers and oversee project site setup.
8. Ensure accuracy in preparing and managing technical documents.
9. Evaluate and monitor system performance and power generation efficiency.

1. Minimum 25 years old with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
3. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
4. Knowledge of the solar energy industry, particularly solar PV systems.
5. Proficient in CAD and engineering software.
6.Fair to good command of English.
7. Valid driving license.
