✔ Respond to customer claims, including CAR reports and countermeasure reports.
✔ Address customer inquiries and requirements by understanding APEX capabilities and processes, providing clear explanations and advice.
✔ Assist in audits for new and existing customers, ensuring proper explanations of processes.
✔ Collaborate with the APEX factory to improve non-conformance issues in the production process.

✔ Open to both male and female candidates.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
✔ At least 1-2 years of experience in PCB or FPC manufacturing, or project sales.
✔ Good communication skills in Japanese or English.
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and email.
✔ Willing to work overseas and in up-country locations.
