1) Financial Leadership & Compliance – Oversee all accounting, financial planning, and budgeting activities in full compliance with laws, SET, and SEC regulations, ensuring accurate and timely financial and tax reporting.
2) Strategic Financial Management – Manage funding sources, working capital, and long-term financing strategies to support company growth while optimizing costs.
3) Regulatory & Stakeholder Relations – Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry partners, auditors, and the Board of Directors; address regulatory issues and audit findings.
4) Team & Process Development – Lead recruitment, performance evaluations, and training for the finance team; drive process improvements and collaborate with IT for system enhancements.
5) Advisory & Operational Support – Provide accounting and tax advisory services, oversee cash collection processes, and ensure tax-compliant operational workflows.

1) Experience & Leadership – Minimum 10 years in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in team leadership or management roles.
2) Education & Credentials – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPD/CPA certification preferred.
3) Skills & Knowledge – Strong taxation expertise and understanding of Stock Exchange of Thailand and public company regulations; proficiency in Microsoft AX, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
4) Language Proficiency – Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
5) Core Competencies – Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
