1) Design products based on customer requirements.
2) Design the materials and functionality of products and components
3) Undertake model making, prototyping and testing of new products and tooling, documenting results and iterations. (APQP, QCPD, Process Flow, FMEA)
4) Investigate and undertake analysis to improve existing production processes or products and components to drive quality, efficiency and reduce costs.
5) Collaborate with senior engineers and sales teams to create design specifications and drawings to meet customer expectations.
6) Developing solutions that solve customer problems.
7) Developing Kaizen, VAVE Cost-Down activity
8) Other tasks assigned

1) Male/ Female Age 28-35 years
2) Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or any Engineering related field.
3) Have working experience at least 5 years
4) Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/MS Office/ AutoCAD/ 3D and 2D drawing programs/Inventor
5) High attention to details and problem-solving.
6) Experience in automotive business will be an advantage.
7) English skill: Conversational Level
8) Ability to work in a team and collaborative skill.
9) Experience in PPAP/APQP/QCPD/FMEA/MSA.
10) Testing design and development experience is preferred
11) Elevating urgency & timeliness of root cause identification issue resolution and project implementation.
12) Proactively/Vigilant Engineering Change Management. Robust action plans to achieve change closure.
13) Knowledge of ISO:9001 ISO:14001 IATF 16949
