•System Administration, Coordination and Management to improve efficiency and control

•Continuously review and optimize the company business processes

•Able to lead project to continuously highlight system improvement in accordance to business process improvement

•Lead Oracle ERP Improvement Projects across all Department

•Transform company business transactions on ERP to digitized Platform

•Evaluate investment and risk for ERP CAPEX and OPEX

•Launch ERP Strategic Plan with Management Team

•IT Suppliers and initiate business and able to review and improve business process design. •User Support and Experience

•Research and survey end user needs

•Organize trainings and promote the use and education of ERP across the organization

•In coordination with core business units, lead the design and development of documentation and end user quick guides as needed

•Manage the process of designing, creating, implementing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools

•Train and support users on the use of dashboards, data extraction, etc.

•Review Help Tickets, complaints and recommendations from end users

•External Vendors and Parties

•Serve as the lead point of contact with the ERP vendor

•Manage work plans and annual budgeting for third-party engagement

•Manage support requests with the ERP vendor and related ERP support vendors

1. Male or Female age,34-42 years old
2. Bachelor·s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management information System, Accounting Information System or related fields.
3. Proven systems management experience or relevant advanced degree
4. Minimum 5 years work experience implementing and managing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems especially Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
5. Excellent Project and Change Management abilities.
6. Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple on-going assignments
7. Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
8. Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
9. Proven cross-team collaboration, networking, team building, organizational and communication skills
10. High-level attention to detail
11. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, results-based management and reporting
12. Experience managing databases and understanding of database structure
13. Foundational or higher-level knowledge of SQL
14. Understanding of typical business management processes and functions
