1) SAP & System Management – Oversee SAP implementation schedules across departments, coordinate with consultants, and manage in-house system development timelines.
2) System Development & Design – Lead system concept creation, design, and ensure proper execution of development projects.
3) Quality & Environmental Compliance – Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001), including evaluation of environmental aspects in line with company policy.
4) Team Supervision & Policy Enforcement – Supervise subordinates to follow company policies and enforce rules, regulations, and directives effectively.

1) Education & Age – Male candidate, aged 35–45, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2) Technical Knowledge & Experience – Strong background in SQL, SAP (preferred), or other development languages; knowledge of electronic components, PCB assembly, automotive core tools, and ISO standards (9001, IATF 16949, 14001); 1–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
3) Computer & Language Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
4) Personal Attributes – Flexible, with strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of 5S and workplace safety; good personality and ability to build positive relationships.
