1) Sales Strategy Development: Create strategies for product distribution across all channels, focusing on increasing sales and market share in Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and GT.
2) Pricing and Discounts: Design tiered pricing and discount structures for different customer levels (wholesalers, retailers, etc.) to boost sales at retail stores and mobile sales points.
3) Trade Terms and Promotions: Develop and enhance trade terms and promotional schemes to improve the effectiveness of sales efforts and maximize margins.
4) Regional Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data by region to propose methods for increasing sales and expanding market coverage.
5) Strategic Marketing Planning: Plan brand campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and design activities to engage stores and encourage consumer purchases.
1) Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2) Experience: At least 7-10 years in Sales or Trade Marketing within the beverage/FMCG/energy drink industry, with experience managing sales teams of 30+ people and achieving over 1 billion Baht in sales.
3) Leadership and Management: Proven experience in team management and the ability to travel for team management and promotional activities.
4) Skills: Strong understanding of price architecture, trade terms, and dealer incentive programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office, BI, and CRM systems.
