1) Monitor and analyze the results of on-time rates, identifying and solving problems within the team.
2) Guide and lead the team to achieve goals, maintain relationships with existing 3) suppliers, and identify new suppliers.
4) Implement inventory control measures and optimize warehouse space and storage.
5) Liaise with other departments to ensure timely project completion and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
6) Ensure compliance with company regulations, maintain accurate procurement records, and evaluate vendor performance.

1) Male/Female, age over 35 years old, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2) 10+ years of experience in the Purchasing or Procurement field.
3) Knowledge of electronic and automotive parts, with supply planning management experience.
3) Basic understanding of SAP systems, MRP/ERP, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4) Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
