7. Maintaining the operational performance of the company.
8. Building and maintaining an effective executive team and leading the company.
9. Contribute new product development ideas to the Sales teams.
10. Work closely with the sales development, sales, and insights teams to understand market dynamics, competitive environment.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and automation/electronics businesses.
2. Leads teams to execute company strategies, develop growth plans, and achieve business objectives.
3. Oversees daily operations, manages senior staff, and ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
4. Presents strategies and results to executives and stakeholders, with strong English language skills (Thai as an advantage).
