Job Description
Managing,planning.controlling and monitoring Section to achieve objectives.includingproviding consultation and basic problem-solving for employees
Monitor the process&production performance daily, and always seek for improvements,following the Kaizen approach.
Improve the inspection,washing, and assembly processes.Control Output and defect in section according to company target.Skill in problem solving.Job Requirement
Male or FemaleAge 35 years old upBachelor’s degree in Industrial or Related fields. At least 5 years of experience in Secondary Process / Plastic Injection Industrial. IATF16949:2016 basic knowledge is advantage.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Good Communication and Cooperation with other section. Good command of English both written and spoken.Job Benefit
