Functional Roles:
•Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs in the Asia Pacific region.
•Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve targets in international markets.
•Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of Tostem Thai products, particularly aluminum windows and doors.
•Customer Support: Provide support and solutions to international customers, ensuring satisfaction.
•Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments for cohesive business strategies and customer service. Main

•Market Expansion: Actively engage with potential new customers to expand market presence.
•Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans, analyze market trends, forecast sales, and devise tactics.
•Customer Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
•Product Promotion: Communicate the features and benefits of products to potential customers.
•Team Coordination: Manage the sales team’s activities, aligning with company goals.
•Performance Monitoring: Review sales data and team performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
•Feedback Integration: Utilize customer feedback and market insights for product and strategy development.
•Interdepartmental Collaboration: Ensure a consistent approach to sales across departments.
•Training and Development: Identify and address training needs within the team.
•Compliance and Ethics: Uphold legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Male, Female / Age: around 25-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
- Skill TOEIC 650 or Good command in English
- Diligent and work under pressure
- Driving license + Have Own car.
- Experiences in Sales Export, Sales International
