-Survey the amount of work and check from the form received To support bidding work
-Check and collect work, compile BOQ, prepare BOQ. (BOQ. Civil + Architect + Mechanical + Electrical)
-Prepare BOQ. Cost, BOQ. Project, BOQ. Propose to customers. Collect documents used for contracts such as contract assembly forms, BOQ, and various conditions.
-Plan and schedule documents for disbursement of work costs in each payment period.
Problem analysis and problem-solving work
-Analyze factors that are variables that affect the opportunity to bid. To plan and determine pricing strategies
– Prepare data that has been extracted and prepare prices.
-Analyze construction costs To be consistent with market prices
-Control the preparation and collection of unit price information to set the budget price of the job owner and contractor.
-Consider determining the qualifications of sub-contractors. and prepare average prices for sub-contractors. Including considering procurement documents to be consistent with hiring and purchasing.
