• Lead and ensure new product development project to be submitted and qualified on time and smoothly transfer for mass production.
• Conduct new product development review with internally, customer and suppliers to reduce modification, development lead time and cost.
• Control mold die tooling and equipment schedule new model and production process engineer system.
• Analysis and solving other tasks for engineer team.
• Coordinate with maker or customer for problem solving job and create design.
• Control and Monitoring Manpower and Performance
• Direct communication with Global engineer (Japan).

• Male, Age between 42-50 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical, Production Industrial and related field.
• At least 15 years’ experience in tier 1 automotive part manufacturing, at least 5year New project development in tier 1 automotive part and at least 7 years in Management Level.
• Leadership, achievement, Good relation, Communication, and Presentation Skill Positive Thinking.
• Good of spoken and written in English (TOEIC SCORE = 500 UP)
• ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 and any relate field.
• Training APQP, FMEA, QPCC, SPC
• Able to drive with driving license.
• Able to work in Amata City Chonburi Industry.
